It’s gonna get a little weird, gonna get a little wild this Fangirl Friday, because this week I’m covering an animated series that is anything but normal… I’m talkin’ rainbows, I’m talkin’ puppies, for this week’s Fangirl Moment post I wanted to write about the American animated series Star vs. the Forces of Evil!
Some of you should recognize Star as the topic that didn’t win last week’s Twitter poll, but I absolutely adore this show, so I figured why not cover it this week instead! Since the second season wrapped up a few months ago I am seriously suffering from Star withdrawal… so I hope this post will hold me over until the season 3 premiere later this Summer…

TGIF! Here we are again with another Fangirl Friday! This week I am super late… like a whole day late with my Fangirl Friday post, though technically it’s still Friday where I live. But, that’s besides the point, the reason I’m so late with this post is because I decided that I wanted to write about something super current. For this week’s post, I’m covering the newest film in the MCU lineup, Doctor Strange!!
I had no idea what to expect when I walked into the theater, because aside from seeing one Doctor Strange animated film on Cartoon Network years ago, I don’t know much about the guy… However, that didn’t stop me from getting a ticket to the film in 3D…

TGIF! Here we are again with another Fangirl Friday! This week I’m covering a one of my favorite animated films. I’m talking about the critically acclaimed 2001 animated film, Spirited Away (Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi).
So what brought on this post? Well I recently watched the film again this past weekend and all of the memories just came flowing back! I just had to write about… it would be criminal not to have a post about this amazing film on my blog!

The game features aspects of both visual novels and point-and-click games and borrows elements from the French fairytale, Donkeyskin by Charles Perrault. Upon it’s release the game will be available for Windows, Mac, and Linux in both English and French. The developers are also working on getting the game greenlit for Steam.
“The young Donkeyskin lives a peaceful existence in her castle, enjoying her days with her best friend and confidant, Nahima. Cinderella Phenomenon is an upcoming English otome game that follows a young cold-hearted princess, Lucette, who suddenly finds herself the unwitting victim of a terrible curse. Magic and fairytales collide in this impressively entertaining riches to rags story from Dicesuki, the developers behind the free otome game Locked Heart. Follow Lucette as she learns an important lesson in humanity while attempting to break her curse… and maybe find love along the way.
Prior to the events of the game, there were two crystals that maintained the balance in the world: the Crystallum Lucis and Crystallum Tenebrarum. Each crystal possessed great power, so they were each entrusted to equally powerful magical beings in order to contain their power. The Fairies were given the Crystallum Lucis, which drew its power from positive emotions; while the Witches were given the Crystallum Tenebrarum, which drew its power from negative emotions. Over time people began to associate witches with dark magic and began persecuting them. In retaliation the High Witch created the Fairytale Curse. Setting in motion a series of events that would have far reaching effects on not only our sullen princess, but all of humanity.

Okay, for once I’m not terribly late with this Kickstarter campaign!! This time I’m covering the upcoming BL visual novel from YesterJoy Games, Legend of Rune!! So what sets this game apart from the rest? Legend of Run combines the immersive story of a visual novel with the puzzles and technical elements of an RPG!
When I first saw this game floating around on Twitter, I was excited because we definitely need more BL visual novels on the market. But then after finding out that it was also part RPG, I nearly broke my laptop in my excitement! I have no doubt that YesterJoy Games’s debut title, will make a huge splash in the visual novel community.
